Governor Abubakar Bello has mentioned that he will not resign over the kidnapping of scholars and employees from Authorities Science Faculty Kagara in Rafi Native Authorities Space of Niger State. The Governor mentioned this after some teams made a public name for him to resign over the kidnapping.
